These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales made by Japandi.store® (“the Vendor”) to consumers and non-professional buyers (“the Customer”) via the website www.japandi.store (“the Website”).
They govern the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of product returns.
Specific terms may supplement these Terms, and if so, they will be clearly stated on the Website before any purchase.
These Terms exclude the application of any other conditions, including those related to in-store purchases or through other distribution channels.
They are permanently accessible on the Website and shall prevail over any other contradictory version.
As the Terms may be updated from time to time, the applicable version will be the one in force on the date of the Customer’s order.

Article 5 – Orders
5.1 Placing an Order
The Customer selects products through the Website ordering process. Prior to final confirmation, Customers can review their order details, total price, and correct any errors.
An order is considered valid once the Customer:
-
Accepts these Terms by checking the designated box, and
-
Confirms payment.
The Vendor will acknowledge receipt of the order by email. The sale is only finalized once this confirmation is issued and payment has been received in full.
The Vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer involved in a payment dispute.
Orders can be tracked under “Order Tracking” on the Website.
The Website is intended for sales to consumers only. The Vendor may refuse large bulk orders exceeding 10 units of the same product.

They are firm and non-revisable during the validity period shown on the Website.

Delivery constitutes the transfer of physical possession to the Customer. Unless otherwise specified, all items in an order are delivered together.
If delivery exceeds 30 days (excluding force majeure or Customer fault), the Customer may cancel the order in writing and obtain a refund within 14 days.
In case of damage during transport or non-conformity, the Vendor will replace or refund the item. The Vendor assumes all transport risks.
Article 9 – Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Ownership passes to the Customer only upon full payment. Risks of loss or damage transfer upon physical delivery.
