We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The return is made after the 14-day window.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card issuer, as processing times may vary.
Contact your bank, as delays are sometimes possible.

Sale Items

Refunds are available for sale items. You will be refunded the purchase price paid, including the discount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
If the gift was not marked or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
